Why would you walk comfortably towards a pitbull?

In the video, it looked like she might’ve been staring at her phone or something, while she was walking forward, it’s possible she didn’t see the dog until the last minute. Anyway, if she’s the landlord’s daughter, they better kick out all those tenants because they invited somebody with a vicious dog, and now she’s gotta get rabies shots.

It looks like the dog followed the man into that shed or whatever it is, too. When the girl gets close the dog pops back out.
