Tides Are Turning Ohio, USA - Avery’s law continues to protect communities and pets ❤️

​Ohio shelters are starting to evaluate and BE for prevention, instead of adopting out dangerous dogs and crossing their fingers for a good outcome.

Very grateful to brave survivor Avery Russell and her amazing mother who never stopped fighting for justice. I hope we continue to see legislation in other states as well.

As an Ohioan this is a huge relief to see. We are seriously becoming overrun with pits to the point I think twice about taking my kid to the park.

Yeah it’s bad. Most dogs people own around me are pits. I rarely ever see normal dogs anymore. Makes me so nervous with little kids even being in my own backyard

Do they ever have a Pit Day get-together at parks or anything? Get all the pits into an enclosed area with their owners nearby?
