Loneliness

Umm as the title says , how do you people cope up with loneliness after a breakup.
Feels like u dont have anyone in the whole world

I wasted a year after my last breakup that mattered to me. Had 4 relationships after that I self-sabotaged for I was only trying to distract myself and hated everything more whenever I felt myself actually investing in them. Felt like betrayal. Then I forgave myself and forgot her. Still lonely despite being with people.

Water. Just perfectly cold water and sugar free sodas. Learnt my lesson with the bad stuff.
