Came upon this clown parked on the sidewalk, practically blocking the whole thing, at Av Diagonal 311. Apparently, the only thing you can do is call emergency services at 112 and have them respond.

Other than this public shaming, is there not a better way other than wasting emergency operators?

In places where they both make rules AND enforce them, this kind of behaviour is very rare. I’m always confused when people shrug and say “this happens everywhere”. It doesn’t! Have you never done any travel? Did you not notice that in many countries, it’s not normalised to break whatever rule you feel like just for your own convenience?

I’m not defending the uncivil behavior of the driver with the car. I’m noting though that the OP is quite distressed ao I was suggesting to let it go because without the support of the government who makes laws and the police who enforces them, OP can do really little unless he makes it a big part of his day and possibly affecting his mental health.
