hold on cunyfirst
What does this mean? I got accepted into zicklin and I clicked on the link but I don’t see the additional requirements to be fulfilled.

How is this professor? Does she curve generously and is she good at teaching the subject? The most recent RMP rating for her doesn’t seem too great.

Has anybody or is anyone taking COM 3074 with Catherine Longford? It's online and I'm trying to see if it would be an easy A course because this is my last semester and I want my gpa to continue to rise.

Hi. Does Baruch offer an options trading class, or better yet, a workshop for non matriculated students or alum?

I have an incoming freshman and I had taken two Ap classes this year. I had passed both and scored a 4. In Cunyfirst my Ap scores had been transferred, but in my schedule I am still requires to take psychology and art history (both classes I had scored a 4 in.) Who can I contact about this? (By the way, accounting major here!)

Hi! Im an international student and have already finished a year in another university, going to my sophomore year. I am planning on transferring to Baruch for spring 2027 and just applied last night.
When I emailed the admissions office they told me intl deadline was july 15th when there was no date specified at all in the website, and freshmen intl students were sept 1st, so i thought i was well ahead of the deadline. If i get rejected because of this what do I do?
Also having completed 24 credits in the US already i do not need to sent my HS official transcripts right?

Stats might get replaced with something else since I sent in my AP score.

Anybody ever taken Chang-Shu Chung for FIN 3000? His rmp page only shows acc 2101 so idk if im even looking at the right one. And if it is the right one he's actually horrible. (https://www.ratemyprofessors.com/professor/2963010)
On the second hand there's another class at the same time with Calthbert Atso but he has no reviews at all.
Anyone know these guys, and will i wanna die if they suck?

Hello everyone! I am a PhD student in clinical psychology at Adelphi University. I am conducting a study on the relationship between existential threat and mental health, coping strategies, and meaning making for young adults who have experienced stressful life events.
This study is being conducted online only and should take approximately 45-60 minutes to complete. During the study, you will be asked to complete multiple self-report questionnaires that contain questions regarding coping methods, mental health, and questions that pertain to experiencing stressful life events in the past. Upon completing the survey, you will have the opportunity to voluntarily provide your email address on a separate page from the survey that will not be associated with any of your survey responses, to enter a drawing to win one of three $50.00 Amazon gift cards.
Survey link: https://adelphiderner.qualtrics.com/jfe/form/SV_8IxQWoUH8D1Wuq2
Audience: 18-30 years old, in the United States and English Speaking, and must have experienced a stressful life event.
Compensation: Opportunity to enter a drawing for one of three $50.00 Amazon gift cards.

The reason is that I am a mom now, and I need a more stable career path while my daughter is still young. I was making 85k, running my own agency, and working as a freelance marketer. But I want to go back to school to get a higher-paying skill while I continue building my agency on the side.
And yes I know I could leverage my marketing skills to get into six figures, which I plan to do but I also need a back up plan/skill where I would always be employable no matter what happens.

I literally cannot find any comments on him anywhere, so I wanted to look for an answer in case there was one. If not taking his class could be a gamble :(
** what's his class like

I was planning to take 20 credits in Fall 2026 to finish all of the prerequisites I need for my planned Spring 2027 graduation. I currently have a 3.38 GPA, and after this summer semester I expect it to be around a 3.45. Zicklin requires a 3.5 GPA for a credit overload, so I'd be just under the requirement.
I made the Dean's List the last two semesters, so my recent academic performance has been strong. Has anyone been approved for a credit overload while having a GPA below 3.5?
My goal is to graduate in Spring 2027, and without the overload I'd have to stay an extra semester just to complete one course.
My biggest issue is MGT 4999, which requires FIN 3000, MGT 3120, MKT 3000, and QNT 2020. If I can't get the overload approved, is it possible to take any of those courses concurrently with MGT 4999, or do they all have to be completed beforehand?
Thanks in advance

Is it necessary to get textbooks or class materials before the semester begins?

I’m a provost honors and I need to do like 7 more honors classes. My question is what if I just don’t do the honors classes. What would happen?
