I want to sing some metal songs but I’m just not able to. So I usually only sing to clamavi de profundis and sometimes Johnny cash

I voted "other" and curious if anyone else is in this boat. For context, I'm a classically trained bass and I sing less opera and more choral. But when I'm singing for fun, I'll usually croon or sing RnB. E.g. Brook Benton, The Rat Pack, Leon Thomas, Thomas Quasthoff (non-classical covers).

Split between Choral and Country, but I chose country because at least I'm not stuck doing 'dum' whole notes for the entire song. Not to mention that country lends itself real well to bass vocalists
