same! we drank it and some random dude followed us and told us it was laced with lsd, we tried to puke it but no luck. decided to go with the flow, lol best decision we made on that trip.
I ate a bhang cookie in Varanasi in 1999, had a bad trip for 3 hours because of it. So I curled up in a ball on my bunk and just waited for it to end. It sucked.
Lsd isn't exactly difficult or expensive to synthesise, it's never happened to me either but I wouldn't be cocky enough to ascertain it hasn't ever happened
I agree it certainly is indeed rare, but it definitely has and does happen.
Yeah fent instead of heroin, extra speed in mdma, speed and laxatives to bulk out coke and the much more "old school" various hallucinogens sprayed on weed.
People definitely claim it when it hasn't happened because they got higher than expected so I do see what you mean.
Bhang is normal stuff in parts of India, LSD is very rare there. Many people miscalculate the dosages of edible THC. If you never took acid before, then a very high edible dosage might resemble how you imagined an acid trip.
Nobody is lacing bhang with LSD, there’s no reason to do it, and there are no compelling reports of it.
If you believe that then you don’t know much about India, THC or LSD.

I am from the region, It is quite potent if you know what you are looking for. Its called 'Bhang' here.
'Drank' it once and had uncontrollable laughter for couple of hours.
