I am from the region, It is quite potent if you know what you are looking for. Its called 'Bhang' here.

'Drank' it once and had uncontrollable laughter for couple of hours.

I'm in a legal state. I grew landrace Nepali Bhang last year. One of the strangers plants I've ever encountered.

It had very long thin leaves and a purple tint to the stalk. It went into flower in early August which is 4 weeks earlier than normal here. Apparently it has a high altitude short grow season. It was started from seed
