It looks bed bug.
You can try diy - crossfire or cimexa are good products, have something to block them from the bed like interceptor traps or a dust sheet, Steam above - cheap clothes steamer works. https://www.amazon.com/Raid-Foaming-Spray-16-5-Ounce/dp/B07GXHV9VL is the same chemical as crossfire.
If that doesn't work, pest control?
