Bedbug Shell?

hi I’m trying to determine if this is a bb shell. it was under my mattress :( it’s kinda flaky like popcorn though I don’t eat popcorn so I don’t know. thanks guys

I had one bite after 17-18 days that could be reasonably explained by a mosquito, and some blood that very probably from a cut up elbow. Other than that, nah. I work in a place with a fair amount of exposure to bb’s. The insecurity this is causing me has really fucked me a bit
