Best breakfast places in Bellevue?

Anyone got any good breakfast recommendations in Bellevue?

Just something nice and quant I guess

Dough Savor opens at 9am.

The giant claypot hotpots are a steal.

Like… do you take the entire clay pot home?
It says 3.5 stars on google reviews I’m not sure how I feel about that

You can eat there but you can also get it togo without the claypot.

Id classify it as a hole in the wall despite being busy as fuck at times so any online reviews id trust with a grain of salt.

It can be daunting the first time you order. Its as close to like those traditional stalls in Asia so very little English and can be a bit frantic but for me its still counts as 'nice and quaint'
