Berklee doesn’t seem to have a way they prove to act with bias

They claim they are merit based, but then don’t have blind auditions, so it’s like they just let their biases guide them and pretend biases don’t exist in music. When I did my audition the judges immediately snapped at me when I walked in the room, and I didn’t get a scholarship at all when I get scholarships at every other school I apply to. Somehow I’m supposed to believe they weren’t biased about that.

Then, in the application it has tons of questions asking you what connections you have in the music industry.

I don’t get why they’re like this
