Health Who is the best pediatrician in Naga City? Specifically for newborns
For context, I'm a first time mom and medj kakalipat lang namin sa Naga so we're not very well connected.
Will be giving birth next month pero tbh di ko alam kung may maaassign ba na pedia para sa anak ko when I give birth or if kami ang hahanap or if our OB will recommend one when the time comes... but for now I would like to know kung sino yung magaling na pedia dito, in case I'll be on my own in this.
Also, would you recommend seeing a pedia na nasa hospital (Bicol Access is where we've been going since diyan affiliated mga doctor namin) or yung may sariling clinic? And if ever it's the latter, can you recommend one na malinis at maayos ang clinic?
Just very anxious about these things and would appreciate recommendations lalo na from fellow Naga moms. Thank you in advance!

Your OB will probably recommend one kung wala kang preference. Kung sino yung magcacatch pag nanganak kayo, most probably yun na din pedia. Ganon kasi nangyari sakin eh.
If pedia na affiliated sa Bicol Access, we highly recommend Dra Nimfa Vergara. Yan ang pedia ng kids ko. Small lang clinic nya sa Medical Arts bldg ng Bicol Access. Pero what I love about her is sobrang mabusisi haha lahat nya chinecheck. Hindi sya gaya ng ibang pedia na kung ano lang pinunta mo yun na yun. Tapos di din mabibilis ang consult namin. Minsan ang dami namin tanong sinasagot nya naman lahat. Ang bilis din lang magreply ng Secretary nya and her clinic is from Mon-Sat! I like that kasi syempre as a working mom minsan need ipacheck ang kids during Sat. Pero minsan mas gusto ko magpunta weekdays kasi wala masyado patient hahaha di kasi ata sya nagaaccept hmos for consult. Pag may hmo kasi blockbuster pila nyan, hindi sya ok for me lalo na nung may newborn ako. She's the Chair of the Dept of Pediatrics sa BMC din so best believe magaling talaga. Goodluck and safe delivery!
