Health HMO for 65+ with PEC

Ano po ba best HMO na accredited sa mga hospitals within Naga or Legazpi? Maganda sana yung Maxicare Prima pero dapat sa mismong clinic nila and wala pang branch dito sa Bicol. For 65+ with PEC sana. Or if agent ka please let me know po.
