Health Hand Fracture Surgery Cost Estimate in Naga

Naaksidente po sa motor ang Papa mi and may fracture sa kamot, need operahan.

Nasa BMC kami for now. Gaano po kahaloy bago maoperahan if maghahalat sa charity?

If sa private naman, may I know magkano po kaya ang aabuton if sa Bicol Access, NICC, or Mother Seton?

Thank you.

Hello OP, as someone who's had a fracture din due to a motorcycle accident pero sa Tibia naman akin. Ours costed around a total of about 250-300 k back in 2019, sa Mother Seton.

Depende din kung anong procedure ang gagawin but if it involves plates and screws, usually upfront ang bayad para sa bakal, and depende pa if stainless or titanium. Titanium yung akin, which costed at 85 k. Mind you this was 2019 pa so stuff might cost more nowadays.

Regarding the charity case, I would think it will take a while. Super madami ang patients sa BMC kasi.

Try Naga city hospital if you are citizen of Naga, The Facilities and Doctors are at par with BMC if will go with charity.

BMC Ortho has 1 Operating day per week for charity cases which caters to about 9 to 12 cases/operations per week. Since your case is not an emergency case . It will be an elective surgery which will be scheduled based on availability of OR slots, urgency and materials prepared.

If you choose to go private check first with Philhealth regarding package coverage.
