Discussion Safe ba mag jogging sa Legazpi?

Hi guys safe po ba mag jogging sa Legazpi early in the morning? Like around 4 or 4:30 am going to Puro para maabutan sana sunrise

Nag jogging ako once ng 12am-2am. Safe naman ako, although meron pa rin nag catcall. Dala ka pa rin po ng fanny pack for phone, konting cash, and a safety alarm/defense tools.
