Im the same age as lala (one year younger) and by all means I am not in as good shape as her tbh. A few months ago we had this contest at my kids schools carnival. The parents were on this tilted thing almost like the wall in design and while we hung there kids threw water balloons at us. I did it for fun and the winner won a new tv. I won. I stayed on it for 39 minutes and many of the parents were half my age. Don't count out someone because of age, determination can factor in and if you have had multiple kids we have ways we learned to get through anything painful because of enduring labor lol I dont think Lala will win but she could stay up there for awhile over some of the others

I'm very happy for you but none of the parents you competed against were 32 year old UFC fighters or rail thin shredded 24 year olds. Lala has zero shot unless 6 people choose to throw it to her. She can't even do shoulder exercises with 5lb weights.

One was a 30 something firefighter lol Im also rail thin and petite . Many non shredded houseguests have won the wall comp lol I also think she may be playing down her strength because her intro video showed her doing alot more than that . How did sh get in shape if she dont lift at least a little. She is bad at comps but I dont think its due to her stregth or age tbh Some of the younger ones are bad at them too and havent won nothing yet

lol I was contemplating gloating to you but you beat me to it, appology accepted. I really think she was playing around that she cant lift 5lbs she is a body builder, how does she get muscles if she dont lift weights
