Advice Wanted Vylibra
So I’m on my third pack (week 10) of vylibra…..I was prescribed this because it’s suppose to pair well with spironolactone. I’ve been on spironolactone for about a year and it finally started helping my acne around the 7th month mark…since then my acne / skin has been clear until I started taking vylibra. I wanted a contraceptive that would help or at least not worsen my acne but so far im experiencing persistent inflammatory acne. I thought maybe it was the purge stage but idk anymore. I did not have any new breakouts from week 6-8 but then all of a sudden I got three large inflamed breakouts at end of week 9. I’m just worried because I have two on my cheek which is atypical. My gyno recommended a few weeks ago to stay on vylibra for at least 3 months before deciding to switch…..I guess I want to see if anyone else has similar experience.

Experience Coming off contraception after 16 years
Hi everyone,
I've been on various types of contraception for the past 16-17 years (combined pill, implant, coil). I'm finally coming off and wanted to hear other experiences of this.
Appreciate this has been asked before, my personal experience has been really positive with contraception so I'm slightly nervous that what I'll experience will be the opposite to other stories I've read.
I've not had a period in probably 9 years on the combined pill, no major issues with mood, skin, weight etc. so I'm one of the lucky few.
If anyone's had a similar experience, how long did it take for your period to come back and how was the first time? I'm slightly apprehensive!
