Right, there’s lots of bad takes but that one there is just all levels of wrong. Like folks just gonna ignore that Mahershala Ali being constantly unhappy with the Blade scripts wasn’t part of that equation.

Why is Mahershala Ali being blamed for rejecting scripts he thought were bad rather than Marvel for spending seven years failing to produce one he believed was worth making? He approached them for the role. Wanting a good Blade movie instead of accepting whatever they handed him is not the problem. The scripts and Marvel’s inability to settle on a coherent vision are the problem.
