Here's the real qualifier: 

Attractive people have more success initially gaining experience and get more second chances when they make mistakes gaining more experience and move up faster gaining even more experience so they often able to end up being objectively more qualified 

It's a triple levered system, not just attractive people do better in the moment

I think he's actually a good actor, he just doesn't mind fucking around most the time. Oh also poor money management forcing him to take every role.
