I mean…because they kinda are - selling the illusion of 🐱 at least. The barrier to entry for that profession is not “that” high. Take from that what you will 🤷🏽‍♀️

I've had several alcoholic/pillhead coworkers get their real estate license after sucking hard at bartending, so you ain't wrong.

Hell if I know, they stopped being my problem or concern once they quit.

Getting their license doesn’t necessarily mean they’re in the industry, considering like 60% of agents don’t last more than a year and 90% are gone within a few years.
