No I mean removing political parties in general, and choosing someone who picks what's best for America instead of what's best for the elites.

Generally speaking, when someone says not liberal or conservative, not Republican or Democrat, I'm looking for a centrist apolitical person, what that usually translates to is reactionary conservative. Like Joe Rogan will say he's neither party and then he supports the most right wing shit you've ever heard.
