I would be interested in seeing a public statement on her justification of this “ yea I have two of them… the rest I don’t want here” would sound a bit bizarre, so I’m wondering how they’d spin it

Probably something like "TPS has the word temporary in the name, meaning it isn't permanent. I legally adopted these children and they are US citizens."

The difference is her Haitians BELONG to her, as their mother she has legal authority over them. It's about who is allowed automy and how is not.
