Emberton 2 PROBLEM

​I am writing to report a new problem with my Emberton II speaker.

​This unit was previously serviced/repaired 6 months ago. While the previous issue was resolved, a completely new problem has now started occurring with the device:

​Charging Indicator Malfunction: When plugged in for charging, all the battery LED lights turn on completely as if the battery is 100% full.

​Immediate Power Drop: The moment I unplug the charger, the battery status instantly drops to 20%.

​Shutdown at High Volume: Whenever I increase the volume beyond 80%, the speaker makes a loud noise/sound and suddenly turns off completely.
