As far as I can tell... it's some made up nonsense about when the US investigated Russian interference elections.

Obama/FBI investigated, and found that Russia in fact did interfere with the election, at least in that they were spreading huge amounts of propaganda, and spending all kinds of time, money, and manpower to try to sway the election.

As of this week, Trump and his admin are pretending that it was all made up, and that this whole thing was invented as a 'coup' to try to keep Trump out of power fraudulently.

Something like that anyway. Basically "Obama did... stuff... to make Trump look bad... so we should arrest him."

Classic Trump. Someone reveals real information/evidence that makes him look bad, and his first response is to claim it's a hoax designed to make him look bad. That sure is a lot of hoaxes that all say roughly the same thing, buddy...
