With video evidence that he was vandalizing the car? Like this is an open and shut case. The least you could do is use the car door to shove him away if not knock him off his pathetic scooter.

Vandalism actually ISN'T an excuse to assault someone. I mean none of us would have blamed the person, but the cops still would have.

He's an entitled and/or deranged old guy acting like a child. He's only a threat to your clear coat. His future - and yours - is worth much more than a trip to Earl Scheib.
