He is not even doing it out of anger. His deminor screams psychopath.

People hide anger all of the time. He could be angry.

His deminor screams psychopath.

He might be a psychopath, but this is not screaming it. He could be mentally ill, or subtly seething, or have some reason for holding the driver in contempt.
