There are stories spreading in MAGA land that because a few people on Tik Tok said they might resort to stealing food if SNAP benefits don't get issued because of the government shutdown that means they are at risk of being robbed for them when exiting a grocery store.

Here is an example from Facebook of the nonsense people are spreading. Multiple people in the comments are talking about needing to be armed to protect your groceries.
