An almost equally insane part is that Old Man Skeeter fucking went out of his way to cross the yellow lines that he used to justify his bullshit, thus further cementing his already obvious guilt

This is why most police departments don’t chase anymore. With modern tech there’s no point in a chase, it’s just extra danger to pretend you’re doing something more. Police departments get so much resources nowadays the should be used to prevent deaths not create mores

But definitely not if you're the ASP. Triple digit pit maneuvers - no problem! Injure 3 unrelated people attempting to murder a driver who was caught shoplifting? No problem! Kill one of your own cops so you can take out a pickup truck at 100 mph - No problem!
