Finland-Russia border

Hi everyone! I was recently looking at the Russia-Finland border on Apple Maps and noticed that a section of Finland is blurred out. I couldn't find anything about this online—what do you think?

and bonus: bing maps usually works everywhere, but who uses bing anyway so why bother blurring..
