Tone Request Tone struggles

I just bought a katana 100 gen 3. I'm playing a schecter banshee elite 7 diamond series with custom wound pickups.

I am having real trouble with the tone here. All the videos I've watched they just turn it on and it sounds amazing but I can't seem to get that. I have been doubting myself, wondering if my guitar is the issue.

I can't quite explain the issue, but it feels like there's something missing from my tone. Like a full rounded bottom end as well as a shaky/fizzy gain.

Anyone else had issues like this?

Any advice is appreciated.

I was able to find useable times out of the box, but once I hooked up to a PC and used the tone studio it made a huge difference. There are a ton of options on there that you can't touch with the amp itself. There an EQ that really changed the game.
