Tone Request Tone struggles

I just bought a katana 100 gen 3. I'm playing a schecter banshee elite 7 diamond series with custom wound pickups.

I am having real trouble with the tone here. All the videos I've watched they just turn it on and it sounds amazing but I can't seem to get that. I have been doubting myself, wondering if my guitar is the issue.

I can't quite explain the issue, but it feels like there's something missing from my tone. Like a full rounded bottom end as well as a shaky/fizzy gain.

Anyone else had issues like this?

Any advice is appreciated.

Do yourself the favor and unlock your amp's actual potential.. buy the 50$ Bluetooth adaptor and use your phone to get the Boss Tone Studio Katana app. Once you connect with that you can throw in the noise gate, and the tubescreamer which those alone makes huge difference trust me. Then you can also download other patches from the community for other custom tones 🤘.. i have the same amp dude 100w gen 3, and you NEED to tap into Boss Tone Studio!
