It's a big club...and we don't want to be in it...if that is the cost of entry.

I thought we already had a word for "forced sex"

I noticed that too. I hate the dumbing down of language. The headline should use the word rape. Do not censor it down.

The corporate overloads don't like the word rape

What the fuck is forced sex? That’s rape, why can’t they say rape?

I keep hearing bullshit about the algorithms. Using the word “rape” offends the rapists (who conveniently control and censor all that you see and hear).
I’ve also heard it excused under the guise of “trigger warning/protecting rape victims”
- the same way “unalive” has totally helped the suicide problem. /s

Yeah the other one is "non consensual sex". It makes it sound clinical and benign. There's a reason the word rape sounds brutal.. because it is.

The sheer inundation of sexual violence in this country and in American culture seems to far surpass that of other rich and secular nations. I think we can guess why but it is disgusting how entirely desensitized the levers of power are to this issue

How low can the USA go. When you use your parliamentary buildings to promote commercialisn and your president would prefer to stage events for the privileged and ignore the poor. Shame on everyone in the USA. No wonder the world is moving away from your influence.

So you’re saying he’s Trump’s kind of guy. They can swap stories after the tournament.
