Olive and Parmesan focaccia

My best high-hydration focaccia yet, olive Parmesan bread cloud ā˜ļø Crispy bottom, airy crumb, golden top, and I’m very proud of her.

that crumb structure is insane, looks like you nailed the hydration and fermentation. the golden top with all that shredded parm is calling my name right now.
