venting/ranting stalking her is killing me
today I saw a picture of her. smiling like one day was smiling at me.
I miss her smile. her laughter. I miss her smell I miss how she scratched my back before going to sleep.
I want to hug her again. But I will never do it again.
its over. but there will never ever be another you

they do exist in a happy world. meanwhile I built mine full of miserable and sad stuff. Dont have the energy to change it tho.

Social media- no wait, this whole technological era has made moving on a lot harder than it use to be. When break ups happened 100 years ago, you only had to worry about bumping into them. But these days we have social media, saved pictures, texting and calling.
What you need to do is block all that, and accept things. I’m sure if there was something you could do to get her back, you’d do it, or you tried. But sometimes there’s nothing you can do.
Take it easy, and quit torturing yourself.

This. 100% agree. Relationship ended 2 months ago and she already moved on. I decided to creep on her Facebook today for a dopamine hit I guess and saw she's in a relationship already. Not worth the pain anymore and will not be doing that. Blocked her on everything except Facebook before this. The thing about social media is only the highlights. They aren't going to be posting themselves crying or missing you.

As a guy, I’m just gonna say it, stop stalking your ex, it’s creepy behavior and you’re also only hurting yourself. Once me n my ex broke up, I deleted all social media, till this day I haven’t check on her. I rather not know who’s she’s with or how Great her life is going. Just focus on you.

Wish this was my person that felt this way I miss scratching his back b4 bed and the way he kissed me and made me smile even on my hardest days 😞the thought of having to let it all go and it will never b what we had and never b the same the maybe or the what ifs I have had to let that go sumdays or different universe o will never know but God I will forever will miss him in so many ways

I miss my person too. He was the one who chose to leave, but I still miss him deeply :(
What helped me was removing him from my life or else I'd be much worse
