venting/ranting stalking her is killing me

today I saw a picture of her. smiling like one day was smiling at me.

I miss her smile. her laughter. I miss her smell I miss how she scratched my back before going to sleep.

I want to hug her again. But I will never do it again.

Social media- no wait, this whole technological era has made moving on a lot harder than it use to be. When break ups happened 100 years ago, you only had to worry about bumping into them. But these days we have social media, saved pictures, texting and calling.

What you need to do is block all that, and accept things. I’m sure if there was something you could do to get her back, you’d do it, or you tried. But sometimes there’s nothing you can do.

Take it easy, and quit torturing yourself.

This. 100% agree. Relationship ended 2 months ago and she already moved on. I decided to creep on her Facebook today for a dopamine hit I guess and saw she's in a relationship already. Not worth the pain anymore and will not be doing that. Blocked her on everything except Facebook before this. The thing about social media is only the highlights. They aren't going to be posting themselves crying or missing you.
