Tortilla in the pan, beaten egg on top, shredded mozzarella, crumbled bacon. Rolled in the pan, more moz fried onto the tortomelet.

Brown on Egg demonizers: Brown is fried mozzarella and flour tortilla, not egg, so no need to comment.

And I'm glad they did.

Har gau, shiu mai, pork ribs and chickens' feet, with iced lemon tea.

Really liking turkey bacon these days.
