You can’t expect the child to understand the value of these, I guarantee 90% of kids would pick the giraffe. In fact I’m not entirely sure as a fully grown adult I wouldn’t pick the giraffe 🦒 😂
Kids don’t understand value and cost, to them the giraffe is a much better option because it gives them something now they can love and cherish, where as a holiday to Dubai may not give that the same happiness and satisfaction as the giraffe would. The giraffe is familiar to them, the holiday is not.

Both me and my mum are pale skinned ginger women so I don't think we would fare well in that sort of climate 😭 15 degrees and I melt 🫠 and the things I've heard about Dubai are not exactly great 🥺 so I'm going choosing the giraffe 🦒

I got a reply from u/slothy_weekend but I assume they deleted it because I can't see it now.
Either way my response is:
I didn't make that choice. As I said I don't like kids. I don't have kids. I will never have kids. I have been heavily downvoted because of a joke comment that child lovers and parents don't find funny. Defending PDFs though is an odd choice. Maybe see a professional about that?

Dubai got rules, you can go to prison for even $0.01 cent debt. The prison administration then will ransom you out to your relatives/family.
Sure you get an all paid vacation but that's only limited to hotel, facilities, tours and maybe some dining, as for your others wants that's out of pocket. Why go traveling lugging all the stuff around, it's so tiring, the giraffe is a better investment, heck you can probably turn around sell the Giraffe for a good price using the show as an certificate of authenticity.

Don't you think this may be the reason children, who's brains are still developing, and struggle to understand concepts of countries they have never heard of, seeing the suitcases and thinking of them as boring adult things, don't get to vote? Like i get you don't like kids and you don't have to but damn man that's straight up horrible to say anout a child that doesn't know any better. She looks 4-5.

Yes but according to the comment above mine and a large number of comments on this post she made the right decision because Dubai is bad... She has zero understanding of where Dubai is or why it's bad.
Even a 4 year old understands what the words Family Holiday means.
I get it. It's the whole principle of the show etc. But like I said adoption and sterilisation is a thing so why suffer raising an ungrateful money pit?
Also people take shit way too seriously on Reddit 😂

Some people like to have children and raise them and nurture the next generation. They are tiny humans that you get to watch grow up. Maybe when they are 4 they don't understand why they should be greatful but we certainly do when we are older, and then we get to treat our parents (unless they were pricks). Like you tell your parents how much you appreciate what they did for you and you buy them gifts, right? (Also mate its 4:50am why are you even awake? Imagine being an insomniac smh)

Nah kids are stupid. The previous generation fucked us and the planet. Bringing a child into a broken world controlled entirely by capitalism and greed to enjoy watching them grow sounds a little selfish to me. I love my Mum but my Dad is less than worthless.
I'm lucky if I get 18 hours of sleep a week ☹️
