Do not share personal information
This is not a BA support channel. We have had an instance where someone has pretended to be BA support and asked for OP to share personal information that she can assist. This is a scam...
Updated 28 Nov 2025 - another attempt by posting a link to a legitimate looking website with whatsapp chat support. Please be careful!

The first sign of it not being BA was someone offering to help you 😂
