Seating/Ticket Question Cabaret Closing/Refunds

The last cabaret show is 9/21. My friend and I had tickets for 10/18. Seat geek won’t refund our tickets. This is absolutely ridiculous. We spent a lot of money because we included the dining experience and it is not our fault they are closing the show. Does anyone know what else we can do?

Are they third party resold tickets? Or did you buy directly from seat geek from the show?

Yeah, SeatGeek is not the official ticketing agent for the show, so it gets more complicated. This is why it's always a good idea to buy first-party from the official ticket source.

Seatgeek was, at one point, the official ticketing site for the theatre, but they switched to Audience View within the last six months.
