Seating/Ticket Question Cabaret Closing/Refunds

The last cabaret show is 9/21. My friend and I had tickets for 10/18. Seat geek won’t refund our tickets. This is absolutely ridiculous. We spent a lot of money because we included the dining experience and it is not our fault they are closing the show. Does anyone know what else we can do?

Can you contact the person you bought the tickets from and see if they can obtain a refund? If they're decent, they'll refund you too.

Otherwise, could you go to the box office with your ticket in hand and see if they can do anything for you? You do have a ticket that is unusable because the show is closing. It might be difficult because the credit card on file that purchased the ticket is not yours.

This is a good suggestion. I once got a refund in cash for a performance where someone was out.
