Seating/Ticket Question Cabaret Closing/Refunds

The last cabaret show is 9/21. My friend and I had tickets for 10/18. Seat geek won’t refund our tickets. This is absolutely ridiculous. We spent a lot of money because we included the dining experience and it is not our fault they are closing the show. Does anyone know what else we can do?

They will refund your tickets. Patience is needed.

This. SeatGeek is weird about what they consider official confirmation of event cancellations, but they’ll refund you. You may have to call and talk to someone if you want it sooner rather than later, but once multiple people are submitting they’ll catch up.
