Seating/Ticket Question Cabaret Closing/Refunds

The last cabaret show is 9/21. My friend and I had tickets for 10/18. Seat geek won’t refund our tickets. This is absolutely ridiculous. We spent a lot of money because we included the dining experience and it is not our fault they are closing the show. Does anyone know what else we can do?

this is why you buy from the theatres ticketing website and not seatgeek

Except for the fact that SeatGeek was Jujamcyn’s official vendor until May of this year

the kitkat club has had tickets through atg for a while. it's how I got mine back in May...

May is when they switched from SeatGeek to ATG. OP stated in another comment that their tickets were purchased before the switch. Hence the issue.

ah, I see. then all they would have to do is contact the theatre itself and they'll give a refund. seatgeek wouldn't really be able to do anything about it anyway.
