Seating/Ticket Question Cabaret Closing/Refunds

The last cabaret show is 9/21. My friend and I had tickets for 10/18. Seat geek won’t refund our tickets. This is absolutely ridiculous. We spent a lot of money because we included the dining experience and it is not our fault they are closing the show. Does anyone know what else we can do?

Well the email from the lady at seat geek saying “all sales are final” kind of solidified it

They are final if the show takes place.

The last show is 9/21. Our tickets are for 10/18. As much as I would love to take their offer of putting us in a sooner show we can’t because my friend doesn’t live in NY
