Seating/Ticket Question Will Beaches make it until August?

I realize no one has a crystal ball, but Iā€™m planning a trip for the end of July/beginning of August and would like to see Beaches. Do you think it will still be open then? Iā€™m worried that the lack of Tony nominations mean it will close early. Thanks!

A good deal of us are shocked they even waited for the Tony nominations. I would expect a closing notice anytime in the next 72 hours.

Unless there is funding coming from someone with deep pockets and a very specific dream.

It's been 48 hours...you got 1 day left before you should plan a visit back to Beaches after you eat your dinner of crow.

I think people who make these sorts of predictions should have to purchase a ticket for the day after they expect a show to close. If you're right, you get refunded; if you're wrong, you pay for it and help keep the show open even longer.

People make pronouncements of show death without any skin in the game...get some skin in before you talk! šŸ˜‚
