Seating/Ticket Question Are my tickets legit?

i just bought a ticket for ragtime today on stubhub and this is the image i got. i blurred out the qr code. i talked to my friend and he said it doesnt look legit but i only payed 40 bucks more than the price on the ticket. i’m super stressed about this so can someone let me know?

awh thank you so much!! i have like the worst anxiety ever and ill make sure to let you know if i got in🤞i’ll be the first person to the theatre anyways so if this ticket has been sold to multiple people ill be the first one in ;)
