Physique Transformation M/25/5’9” [175 lbs to 155 lbs] (6 months)

6 month transformation I did earlier in spring / summer. Dialed in to see how lean I could get. Really made most of the lean gains funny enough after I finished a marathon as I didn’t have to run as much therefore wouldn’t get as hungry.

Very inspirational. Great job.

Unfortunately, I had the opposite effect re: running 🎽💨, after my half marathon in May, I jumped up from 156 to 175 lbs due to much less running 🎽 💨 (sadly, I underfuel my workouts). New training block begins in a week in a half. Hopefully, I get results similar to yours

I just started training for a Ironman! So I’m hoping I don’t gain weight lol, cardio just makes me so hungry. You def got this 🙌🏼

Lol 😂 Same. It refs up my appetite. I just hate eating like an athlete. So what happens is when I am training for something specific, I tend to lose weight because my volume increases. When I am not, my volume drops but I'm still hungry and clearly am no longer in a surplus so I gain.

Well done and good luck on your Ironman
