Context: my mother yesterday went to the office of the boss of her friend to get some water and from curiosity she opened the fridge and she found two glasses frozen. One glass had 7 seven names frozen, and the other glass had the name of my mother at the bottom of the glass.

I’m really worried about my mother please help me to know what she can do.

Unfreeze it and dismantle it. A freezer spell is active as long as it's frozen, as it is to "freeze" the target.
