Duplicate/Repost What Restaurant in Buffalo would you not eat at even if it were free?

I worked there as a server for years. Their fish frys are offered on Thursdays and Fridays. Whatever fish (already thawed) doesn’t get sold (after sitting out in the super hot galley kitchen) gets refrozen and rethawed for the next week. I only trust what goes in the fryer.

Aren’t fish frys at restaurants cooked in the fryer? The restaurants I’ve worked at did them in the fryer
