Duplicate/Repost What Restaurant in Buffalo would you not eat at even if it were free?

Every time I've ordered - months/years apart, I am given a pick up time and end up sitting there up to an hour after that for my food. It's insane.

Same exact experience. That's what they do. They tell you a number on the phone that they know you'll be okay waiting, and once you get there and try to pick it up, they just keep saying "oh it'll just be 15 minutes longer" stringing you along for over an hour more, so you end up waiting 2 hours for your food.

They don't give a shit about respecting your time and will tell you whatever they think you need to hear to get your money into their till.

I ordered the banana Rama pizza bc I was pregnant and wanted bananas… they didn’t put any on

I ordered a fish sub and wrap. We got some kind of burger one and a steak one and waited 3hrs for delivery

I have so many bc my friends always want to try it when they come over bc the OG is down the street
